Raffi Shirinian is the Founder & Principal at 3Space. Prior to founding 3Space, Raffi was the Principal of Urban-Blox, a multi-faceted real estate investment firm with $50MM+ in assets, inclusive of 200 units of multi-family development projects, 100,000 + square feet of office/retail. In this capacity, he directed company operations and acquisitions.

Prior to founding Urban Blox, Raffi worked as Director of Acquisitions for Champion Real Estate Company and Compass Acquisition Partners. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business & Communication from the University of Southern California, a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management from Le Cordon Bleu, and a Certificate in Real Estate & Construction Management from UCLA Extension. Raffi actively engages in the community by participating in many local nonprofits and associations. He is an active Member of GenNext, the Los Angeles World Affairs Council, the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the prestigious Entrepreneur’s Organization (EO).
